I do not think that this is electrolysis we get in the water captret!
If you take a glass of ordinary tap water and leave it standing in a room then you will see bubbles appear around the inside of the glass/cup and around anything sitting in the cup, this is due to air that has been made solute under pressure begins to break free and return to its gaseous state mostly nitrogen and oxygen
rises in room temperature also break those bonds and set the less soluble nitrogen and oxygen bubbling out of standing water!
